Christmas and New Years Eve

Finally it happened; I celebrated my very first American Christmas. It was over very fast, but then there were new things to look forward to such as New Years eve. Both celebrations were awesome! I got great presents for Christmas, and I was surrounded by amazing people. On New Years Eve, I hung out with my host family most of the day, and then I hung out at Cherstin and Brandon's house. We watched Harry Potter as we entered the new year. It has been some awesome holidays!

Riding lessons

I'm taking riding lessons from the very talented Sara Mittleider, who lives nearby. She has been on the US olympic team, and is - as mentioned before - very good at what she's doing. I feel so lucky to be able to take lessons from her, and I learn so much. Here's a video from my first time jumping at this horse:

Salt Lake City

I went to Salt Lake City with my host mom GG, and my really good friend Talise from December 21st to 23rd. It was a blast, and I'm so happy we went. I've been shopping, driving around town, seeing the temple grounds and we then ended the trip by seeing the live broadcast.

Harvest 2012

Harvest was so much fun! We went paint balling, we rode 'The Rolling Turn' (the name for Shelby's RV) to dinner and we played lots of games. My incredible friends made it such an amazing day!

Going to a BSU game

On October 13 I went the the BSU game with my hostmom, Lindsay and Chad. It was lots of fun and who knew, that so much noise could be made in that stadium? I did not before I went: it was crazy, but crazy fun!

The Corn maze

On October 12 I went to the corn maze with most of my friends. It was so much fun - especially The Field Of Screams. I've never before screamed so much in my life!!

Yellowstone and The Grand Tetons

My amazing host family took Natalie and I to Yellowstone September 29 and we went back home October 1. It was such a breathtaking trip, and I will never forget!
